Whilst in Pamukkale, we were able to get our onward bus tickets from Denizli to Fethiye. There was no direct bus from Pamukkale to Oludeniz. So the journey was a mix of bus and dolmus rides.
Tickets
From Denizli to Fethiye, tickets were purchased with a company called Fethiye Seyahat. They were the cheapest at 40 Turkish Lira each, for the 1030 hrs departure from Denizli.
Our journey started with us leaving the Pinar Hotel in Pamukkale at 0900 hrs. Walking the 120m from the hotel to the main road of Turgut Özal Cd. We had to wait a few minutes for the dolmus to Denizli bus station to arrive. Flagging it down as it approached, we put our backpacks in the back and climbed aboard. The 20 min journey to the bus station cost 4.5 Turkish Lira each, paying the driver when we arrived at Denizli bus station.
The Dolmus drop off point is on the lower level at Denizli bus station. Adjacent to the drop off point is the lift up to the main level. Arriving with plenty of time, allowing us to enquire as to where the bus to Fethiye was departing from.
The journey to Fethiye took 3.5 hours. The bus was a midibus which is bigger than a minibus but smaller than a bus. Wifi was provided along with coffee and there was one stop on the way.
When we arrived at Fethiye bus station, we walked back to the main road, Carsi Cd. about a 1 minute walk. At the corner of the road is the dolmus stop. Conveniently situated right outside a supermarket, should you need anything.
The dolmus for Oludeniz arrived and again, we put our backpacks in the back and got on. The journey to Oludeniz was only 10 minutes and cost 7 Turkish Lira each.
Our accommodation, Golden Key, booked with Agoda, was on the outskirts of the main town of Oludeniz. A 5 min walk from the dolmus route, getting out at the Azda Supermarket stop. The beach is a further 5-minute dolmus journey away at a cost of 4.25 Turkish Lira each.
