Tania has used her time wisely whilst in Cambodia. After spending two months in lock down in Kampot, making genuine friends has been easy within this community. One couple are Sarah and Larry, owners of the Yoga Barn, a successful business located in International village.
Having an instant connection, Tania and Sarah were soon hanging out together. At Joe’s bar, Zen’s coffee shop, Sunday lunch at Rusty Keyhole Two or the Yoga Barn. After attending a few yoga classes, in particular Fly-high yoga. (Aerial acrobatics in a belt or hammock-like apparatus, in order to achieve a total body workout). She also had a Chakra treatment followed by Reiki healing session with Sarah. Enjoying the experience Tania decided to become a certified Usui Reiki Practitioner.
What is a Reiki Practitioner?
A therapy, often described as palm healing or hands-on-body healing. In which a practitioner places hands lightly on, or over a patient’s body to facilitate the patient’s process of healing. Reiki combines the Japanese and Chinese word-characters of “rei” (spiritual or supernatural) and “ki” (vital energy).
How does it work?
The spiritual healing art of Reiki works by channeling positive energy into your body. Reiki Masters and Practitioners typically place their hands on the affected areas of the body that need a boost. Offering this energy your body takes it where most needed.
