A Phnom Penh hospital has released it’s last COVID-19 patient. The Cambodian government are now reporting that all of the 122 cases have recovered.
Normal life is resuming in Cambodian. Businesses, shops, restaurants and cafes are all starting to re-open. The once quiet streets of Kampot are bustling again.
The people of Cambodia acted responsibly throughout the lockdown/isolation period. Helping to stop the spread of this wicked pandemic.
During the past eight weeks we have read reports of other peoples plights across the globe. We feel blessed that our COVID-19 experience is a boring one. But in a good way.
This pandemic is still far from being over. Travel restriction are still in force. The epic travel adventure that we embarked on nine months ago is still on hold for the time being.
For now we are just having to enjoy ourselves.
